About me

Since 2010, I have been coaching and supporting leaders achieving their professional objectives and designing change processes for my clients, from one-day team workshops to longer-term transformations of strategy, organization, and culture.

I have more than 20 years of management and leadership experience in various industries in Western Europe and in the US, including HR Director and member of the Managment Team for a leading financial services company, Head of Global Leadership Development for a chemical company, Director Staffing & Development for an automotive supplier. For over 7 years I worked in the US.

Enjoying different settings and contexts, openness to new ideas, other cultures, and different people – that’s what defines me and has shaped my career. Thanks to the wide range of my professional roles, I have been able to experience and influence a large variety of professional situations. This allows me to quickly adapt to different contexts and challenges and support you in a very targeted manner.
